Competition Rules & Information
- The competition is open to Vietnamese content creators
- Participation is free of charge
- Submissions open on May 9, 2023 and close on December 31, 2023
- Submissions will be accepted up until 5pm (VNT) on December 31, 2023
- Submissions that do not meet the necessary competition rules and regulations will not be accepted into the competition
- Participants must fully complete the submission form
- The competition is organized by VFDA, US Embassy, K+, BHD and the Motion Picture Association, Asia Pacific
- Each participant group is only allowed to submit one (1) project
- All submissions must be produced exclusively for the “I Love Vietnam Locations” competition
- Submissions will only be accepted through the registration link provided
- Submissions must be between 60-90 seconds in duration
- Submissions can be produced using equipment of your choice, including Smartphone cameras, DSLR cameras, or professional camera equipment, so long as the final video quality meets the following technical specifications: MP4 / MOV format / minimum file size of 720 PX
- All materials used in the submission including music, songs, stock footage, clips from third parties, is the responsibility of the participant and should not infringe copyright
- Submissions must not contain sadistic, pornographic or 18+ content
- Submissions that use regional languages as dialogue / narrative must include Vietnamese subtitles
- The organizers are not responsible for any legal actions brought against the participants involving the copyright of content included in the submission
- The organizers have the right to screen the submitted projects through the channels of their choice, and use any information submitted by the participant for social and traditional media usage
- The organizers reserve the right to substitute prize(s) of an equivalent value should the prize(s) become unavailable for any reason
